The Beach City Sports' Fall Season is coming to an end, but we have one last chance to bring your teams together to enjoy good times with the League before kickstarting into the Winter!! Join us on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21ST in the main Hall of German Old World to ‘break bread’, enjoy good company, and acknowledge of a handful of the players & teams who have stood out in multiple categories of Awards this Season!! This is our favorite End of Season Party of the entire year, and we want to FILL the hall this year!
WHEN : Thursday, November 21ST

➳ Awards Ceremony complete before 8:30PM

WHO'S INVITED : We hope to see ALL Football, Volleyball, Basketball, AND Kickball league players from this Fall Season! (And as with all social events) we always extended the invitation to Family & Friends who are not currently a part of BCS - the more the merrier!
WHAT TO BRING : Bring your favorite Thanksgiving side-dish to contribute to dinner (Let us know what you're bringing on the next page. This is not required, just helpful for the organizers). BCS will provide the turkeys, and German Old World will have a full bar available for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks!!
MORE DETAILS: We have made special arrangements at the German Old World Huntington Beach to host the Awards Ceremony in the Main Hall, prefaced by a pre-Thanksgiving meal enjoyed by everyone! JAG Affair will be hosting us for the evening on the DJ Tables. COME HUNGRY : with everyone bringing their favorite thanksgiving-tradition dish, we expect to have MORE than enough food to go around...

Also please do your best to have YOUR ENTIRE TEAM join us for this special occasion acknowledging this Fall Season's star players, captains, teams with spirit, raffle prizes open to everyone in attendance, and a time to be grateful for all we have here in So Cal!
