🌞🌊 Join Us for a Beach Cleanup & Social Brunch! 🌊🌞

📅 When: 9AM on Saturday, July 13th
📍 Where: Meet at the corner of Magnolia & PCH, near the lifeguard station
🚗 Free parking is available a block away at Banning! Otherwise, you may want to Uber over, bike 🚲, or pay $15 to park at the HB State beach lot
👫 Who: All ages welcome!
🤝 Your Host: Jack Martin (phone # will be provided with your confirmation). Jack enjoys bringing people together through volutneer work. He has spent over a decade working with non-profits like Working Wardrobes, and currently volunteers at Someone Cares soup kitchen.

📅 Itinerary:
9:00 AM – Meet at the corner of Magnolia & PCH, near the lifeguard station
9:15 AM – Head out to clean the beach for an hour or so, in small groups or alone
10:30 AM – Return to the lifeguard station for a group debriefing on what we picked up
10:45 AM – Head back to cars
11:00 AM – Meet for brunch at Mama's on 39 🍳🥞

🛍️ We recommend bringing:
» Sunscreen, reusable bag, and your own water bottle 🌞🌿
» Kitchen tongs to avoid bending over too much
» Hand sanitizer and/or gloves (optional)
» Money for brunch at Mama's on 39 💰

We can't think of a better healthy excuse to get outside, get some fresh air, and be more responsible for our footprint on our beach. Come out for a social AND environmentally conscious morning of beach cleaning, followed by brunch with new friends. Feel free to join us for both parts of the event, or just one.
