Begin with a calming yin yoga session to relax your body, followed by a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) meditation to center your mind. Afterward, set your intentions for the upcoming month with a journaling session that fosters reflection and clarity. Finally, let's come together to walk along the shore and help keep our beach beautiful with a community clean-up.
📋 Bring: A yoga mat or towel, a journal and pen for writing your thoughts, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
