Hi Luis, I had a similar question. This is the response I received. "We recommend wearing cleats for our turf leagues. Players are welcome to wear whatever is comfortable, as long as there are no pockets. Team shirts will be given on week 2, so for week 1 please bring both a dark and white shirt for the game."
